Lawrence Scott Park Pickleball Complex is a place to play pickleball in Kennewick, WA. There are 15 outdoor hard courts. These are dedicated courts with permanent lines and nets. The courts are free. The facility includes amenities like restrooms, water, and lights. An excellent facility supported also by 509 Pickleball Club. Major downside is that the players often do not abide by rack up or challenge rules. They like to bring four or a group and “own” the court. If you’re good enough to beat or challenge then they’ll never know. It’s better and more hospitable in other cities where a local parks municipality governs and manages play so that people are not excluded.
