Arthur Capper Recreation Center is a place to play pickleball in Washington, DC. There are 3 indoor wood courts. The lines are permanent, and portable nets are available. The courts cannot be reserved. Amenities include restrooms, water, locker rooms, and trainers or lessons. The courts are free. Play is open to all adults. Balls and paddles-to-borrow are provided. Lessons are available through DC DPR. This site is generally not available during the summer due to DPR youth programming.
